Guaranteed as described.

We guarantee that every piece arrives authentic and as described in its listing — including its maker, period, condition, and dimensions. If an item is ever found not to match its description, we will make it right.

Reporting an issue.

If your piece arrives not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review your request promptly and arrange the appropriate resolution — repair, return, or refund.

Damage in transit.

While every item is carefully packed and insured, please inspect your piece on arrival. If it has been damaged in transit, contact us within 3 days with photographs of both the item and its packaging, so we can resolve it quickly.

Please note.

As our pieces are one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Age-consistent wear and characterful imperfections that are disclosed in a listing are part of a vintage piece's charm and are not considered faults.
