Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unbroken, unused, and securely packaged in its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at baldhead@baldhead.world. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Returns are subject to the following fees:

A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s original price.

Return shipping costs, which will be charged to the customer. We will provide you with the shipping details and cost once the return is approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or special-order pieces
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded (minus restocking and shipping fees). Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
