At Baldhead World, some items may be offered as pre-orders if they are reserved, incoming, or temporarily out of stock. This cancellation policy outlines how you can modify or cancel such purchases.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are securing a vintage or one-of-a-kind piece that is not yet available for immediate dispatch. We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and fulfill the order once the item is ready for shipping.

• You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and receive a refund of your payment or deposit.
• Once a pre-order is fulfilled and shipped, the standard return and refund policy will apply, including any restocking and return shipping fees.
