OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Baldhead World (“BW”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you (“you” or the “customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to the policies referenced here (Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns, etc.). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & USE

  • You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site.
  • You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
  • You must not transmit malware, spam, or code of a destructive nature.
  • We may refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our discretion.


SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY 

  • Some items are one-of-one vintage pieces; availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.
  • We strive for accurate photos and descriptions, but minor variations (color/finish) may occur.
  • Prices may change without notice. Prices are shown in SAR (Saudi Riyal) unless stated otherwise and may exclude shipping, duties, and taxes.
  • We may limit quantities per person/household/order and decline orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • When you place an order, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify and supported payment gateways. We don’t store full card details.
  • We may contact you if we need additional information to verify or complete your order.
  • If an item is unavailable or an error is discovered, we may cancel and refund your order.

 

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, DUTIES & RISK OF LOSS

  • We ship from {Jeddah, Saudi Arabia} to KSA & GCC. Estimated timelines appear at checkout and in our Shipping & Returns policy.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country; these are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

SECTION 5 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the item is returned in its original condition, unbroken, unused, and securely packaged.
  • A 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can arrange a resolution.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or special-order pieces, clearance/sale items, and gift cards.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (minus applicable fees) once the return is approved and inspected.

SECTION 6 - USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, images, messages, or ideas (“Content”), you grant BW a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that Content for marketing or service improvement. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.


SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and design—is the property of BW or our licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without our written permission.


SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS 

We use third-party providers (e.g., payments, shipping, analytics). Your use of those services may be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.


SECTION 9 - ACCURACY, ERRORS & CHANGES

We may correct errors or update information (including pricing, availability, and descriptions) at any time without prior notice. We’re not obligated to update historical information on the site.


SECTION 10 - PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the site to: (a) break laws or infringe rights; (b) harass, defame, or discriminate; (c) upload malware; (d) collect others’ personal data without consent; (e) scrape or crawl the site without permission; (f) circumvent security.


SECTION 11 - WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

The site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.


SECTION 12 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BW and our officers, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

 

SECTION 13 - INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold BW and our affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

 

SECTION 14 - PRIVACY

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information and your rights (EEA/GCC). Please review it.

 

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflicts of law.

Disputes resolution: We encourage you to contact us first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.


SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
