At Baldhead World, each vintage piece is unique, and we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping your order with the attention it deserves.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For oversized furniture or delicate items, additional preparation time may be required to ensure safe transport. If there is any delay, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Saudi Arabia (local shipping): 2–7 business days
- GCC countries: 5–10 business days
- International shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
Furniture & Oversized Items
For furniture and large decor pieces, we offer:
- Local delivery (within Saudi Arabia) through specialized logistics partners.
- International freight shipping (available upon request).

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at baldhead@baldhead.world with:
- Clear photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We will assess the issue and work with you on a suitable resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full street address and valid contact number to ensure smooth delivery.
